A 3-class series for those who are curious about yoga but do not yet feel ready to show up to a group class. In this series, we will cover the fundamentals of Kripalu Yoga including posture alignment guidelines, instruction on how to breath, and introductory meditation techniques. We will also explore some Kripalu Yoga philosophy, including the art of non-judgemental self-observation.
