Join Kripalu and Therapeutic Yoga Instructor Nicole Stumpf for an 1.5hr long class designed relax, restore, and renew your body/heart/mind.
Class will include breathing exercises, guided meditations, somatics, gentle yoga poses, restorative postures and time for deep relaxation (yoga nidra).
There will also be a special emphasis on becoming more attentive to prana- the vital life-force that animates all of life. As we learn to support the harmonious flow of this life-force within us, we tap into our inherent ability to heal, alleviate the imbalances brought about by stress, and realize true health and vitality.
Beginners are welcome.
